Kayak Trip for Whole Family
An April kayak trip for the entire family! Guests of the Cottages became adventurous, trying kayaking as a family for the first time. The Bay was nice and calm albeit a little chilly! Low tide made for a bit of a muddy and seaweady launch and landing but was well worth the excitement of the adventure.
We have put over a hundred boats in the water already this year! Looking for seals and otters as well as all the bird life makes for an enjoyable afternoon. Views of Mt. Baker, the Lighthouse and the Olympic Mountains just tops off the experience!
Tom helping guests off to a fun start of their trip.
