Reservation Policies

By accepting a reservation, you agree that in the first 24-hours of making a reservation, there is no cancellation/change fee, after that there is a $50.00 cancellation or change fee up until 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of your arrival you will be responsible for your entire stay and your credit card will be charged unless we are able to re-rent your unit. Smoking
Juan de Fuca Cottages is a non-smoking establishment in the rooms and inside common areas. Outside is allowed with consideration for other guests and the direction of the wind! A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if you choose to smoke inside.

Pet Policy
Juan de Fuca Cottages allows dogs by permission, in pet friendly cottages only. When permission is granted, the pet owner agrees to the following:

Never leave pet(s) alone in room, vehicle or anywhere on property.
Do not allow pet(s) onto any of the furniture or furnishings, including beds-not even with pet blankets in between. Keep pet(s) from jumping up on to walls, doors, windows, etc. No pets in bathtubs or showers.
Always clean-up poop.

If any one of the policies is not adhered to, a $250.00 cleaning and/or maintenance fee will be charged to your credit card.

Extra Cleaning Fee
Every guest is expected to leave their accommodations as they found them. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for washing dishes, stains on carpets or furniture or any ruined, broken or lost item.
