 August 2007 Hi Missy and Tom, I just wanted you both to know what a wonderful visit we had at the cottages. The website didn’t do justice to the tranquility and beauty of the location. The cottages were comfortable and extraordinarily clean and well-maintained; the view was breathtaking. I mentioned to Tom that it’s unusual to have a place be better than advertised, but you have certainly done it. Thanks so much for making the visit so enjoyable, I couldn’t imagine anything that would have made our stay better. Olympic Peninsula Best Places states, "Any of these five comfortable cottages-either overlooking Dungeness Spit or with a view of the Olympics-is a special hideout, whether for a winter weekend or a longer summertime sojourn." AAA says, "Charming, completely equipped, housekeeping cottages. Overlooking Dungeness Spit and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. All units with hairdryer." Washington Discovery Guide gave Juan de Fuca Cottages a smiling face: "Our little faces mark Washington’s special places-The best visitor lures in each area. |
